IDA No Help - Ford Ka

Bought a Ford Ka more than a year ago, from the first day car was smoking-took car back to dealer and they said it was valve stem seals, supplied the seals and they put them in, car still smoking-took car back to dealer-they overhauled the engine, car smoking even worse-took car back yet again-and was told they think they've done enough-i saw they are members of the IDA and lodged a complaint with Kobus Baard the manager-after hundreds of phone calls and many e-mails-eventually he organized for my car to go to an independent mechanic who did a compression test-he told me that the engine needs to be re-done-i reported this repeatedly to Kobus-he doesn't respond to my e-mails or phone calls all the work has been done from my side-and it is a year now that i'm struggling to get my car fixed-which by the way i paid cash for.
