During or about August 2012, I purchased a BMW 320i from Danmar Edenvale. I was assisted by a salesman called Freek.

Since taking possession of the vehicle, and despite frequent follow-ups with Freek regarding the spare key, I was constantly informed that Damar Motors was in the process of obtaining such spare key.

Eight months have elapsed since Freek undertook to let me have the spare key. To date nothing has been forthcoming despite numerous promises and undertakings from him to provide us with the spare key.

Freek's attitude constitutes a flagrant disregard for clients of the company and this in return is a poor reflection of the Inspecta Car franchise. This matter requires urgent attention failing which I will have no option but to institute legal action for the relief sought.
