I took my car for service in January the 25th. The next morning when i was driving, & i was approaching a stop the car stopped on its own before i switched off the engine. I tried to restart & the engine didn't come up until i callled AA to come & tow it & take it back to the garage. The garage then told me it was not their fault as the reason for the failure was not a service issue. My car is a Ford Fiesta 1.6 Trend 2012 model that i bought in August last year. I was refered to customer care & they told me they logged an incident for me & haven't heard anything from them to this day. I still don't have a car not even a courtesy car. I often receive e-mails from Ford's service manager asking about my ford experience & still i can't share my problem as the e-mail resolution is not giving me an option to write something. I can't beleive that a new car can be in a state where the engine has to be stripped on its first service. What other problems am i going to experience afterwards? Especially when nobody wants to be accountable?
