On the 29/08/13 I went to look at a used vehicle at the dealership, filled out a app form. on the 30/08/13 I spoke to corne regarding my IR, I wasn't happy with it so she said she would try sort it out, she then cam back to me and I still wasn't happy with it so I said I would sort the IR out myself, I emailed Anton and said that I will let him know before the end of the day what was happening.. after phoning the banks I got my rate dropped (corne already had all the answers but never came back to me) then I got a email saying that the manager Cheyhanne will sell the vehicle today so I must contact her if I'm interested. so after my husband went to the dealership he got told that anton was out so he never saw his emails.
then I get a email from the manager saying that if the new clients app is approved then I will get another chance on the vehicle.
I have never seen such bad and un-mannered people as those people I have dealt with at Hyundai the glen. its shocking
