I had a bad experience at first with the supplier due to the incorrect information given to me everyday. I was called to collect my vehicle and when I arrived at the supplier my vehicle was in a pathetic state. At that point I was very upset but Joash had approach me and ask if i need assistance. I had explained all my concerns and he had sorted all the problems to my expectations. I will like to take this opportunity to thank Joash Solomon for the service provided from his side and just to let the Supplier know that if there are more employees like Joash who goes the extra mile, there will be always a smile on their Clients faces.
