I booked my Honda Civic for a service on Friday 23/08/2013 at the Honda Delarship at the Glen I was told that there were major repairs to be done to the car and a quote was given which I agreeded to and signed.

I was told to bring the car back on Monday 26/08/2013 and that it would be ready by Wednesday 28/08/2013 on Tuesday 27/08/2013 I was conatcted and told that there was a problem with the driveshaft and that it would cost another R3500 to repair which I said was fine and again was told that IO could collect the car on Wednesday.

To my total disgust I was contacted on Wednesday and told nr 1 there was no pertrol in my car and that they would need to put pertrol in the car in order to test drive it (there was a half tank of petrol in the car when i took it to Honda so where did my petrol go to if the motor was been stripped???)

I was the told that they could not get a part for the car a distributor module and this would have to come from Japan 14 days to get yet you van go on to Skunk 2 website and order the same part from the USA and have it deleivered???

At a cost of 15k and to be told they cant even assit with a courtesy car is disgusting
