Poor service from Honda Wing East Rand

I took a CRF450R in for an engine overhaul and got it back on October 4th 2013. After 2 days I became aware of a terrible knocking sound in the engine. I phoned Honda and they instructed me to bring it back. After weeks of many stories and promises I went there in December. They told me that there was a part that needed machining but the engineering companies were closed for the holidays. The manager promised to send the part to the engineering company on Monday 13 Jan 2014. I phoned on Tuesday (14th Jan '14) only to find out that the part was still there. How long is this going to go on for? Will I ever get my bike back?
