Very Bad Attitude and Poor Customer Service

The manager or the person in charge at the store (male) has treated me badly and unfairly. This happened at the corner Church street and Monument. This manager qouted me R600 for two second hand tyres (Bridgestone) the other one being R500 and another R100.I waited for an hour and half for them to fit the tyres and only the he told me that he do not accept card. He the organise someone to accompany to the ATM.I told them then that I would like to have an invoice. He then rudely and sarcastically told me that he will not give one. If I need an invoice I must buy new tyres. I told him that this is a business transaction and I need a receipt. He lost his cool, he ordered his people to remove those second hand tyres and replace my old ones. I made him aware that he had waisted my time. He had made me to wait for almost two hours and thereafter he only explain to me his terms. He was rude and disrespecful as he was talking to me. He had his voice raised and was pointing fingers at me.
