Yesterday afternoon, I stopped @ the Engen Service Station. Before even switching my car off I asked the 'attendent' if there was 95 avail, he said yes, I then swtiched off and told him to full 'R300.00 - 95' the idoit comes round to get the money and just as im about to start my car i see that he didnt remove the pump and close the tank... as i ask him, i see that he had filled 93 instead. When i ask to speak to the manager i get told that he has left already. standing there for about 10mins a manger apears, he then tells my husband and i to shut up. this me off till the 'owner' calls us in he office. When we get there he starts swearing us so badly trying to kick us out the station yet the mess up was on his part with his staff. He was so close of getting physical with my partner and myself while carrying my 9month old baby. over all that he tells me that this happens all the time! he tells me he is a man of his word when he behaved like an animal screaming and shouting at his customers! even in the presence of a baby. the rude hurtful things he had said to me was not poffessional! to think he was the owner!! my baby is more mature than this owner! NO RESPECT OR DECENCY!!!
