Poor Customer Service. Rude and Incompetent staff

I filled our car at Triomf Service Station (Engen) Company Registration number 9758290-23. We handed the petrol attendant COLLEN our fleet management card. After swiping the card more than once and not finding joy, the petrol attendant then seeing the top of the card was slightly bent, proceeded to bend the card till it broke.

Now unable to pay due to the destruction of our petrol card, we requested a manager. Minutes passed and then another attendant told us, unpolitely to move our car, which we did.

The manager, DAWIE, approached after 10 minutes! Already infuriated by the broken card and the long waiting period for the manager, we then informed him of what happened. The petrol attendant, COLLEN, then shouts at me in a language difffent to my own home language and walked away.

The manager eventually took down our details saying that they would solve our issue. This morning the owner, JOHAN calls me and tells me he's staff told him we refused to pay?!! ( with a broken card?) Told us we shouldn't have made a noise outside?!! and that he's manager does not have authority to do manual overrides as advised by fleet management, my problem?!

UNACCEPTABLE on all levels
