Avis Hold on my card

Avis has a hold on my Card since R10/05/2013. On 3 occasions I have booked a vehicle with Avis Rental:
1. Cape Town Airport Booked on 10/05/2013, Hold on my card R2 900.00. Actual expense was processed on my card on 16/05/2013 of R1 467.61.
2. Cape Town Airport Booked 31/07/2013, Hold on my card R4 163.00. Actual expense was processed on my card on 07/08/2013 of R755.00
3. Jeffreys Bay booked on 05/08/2013, Hold on card R1 800.00. Actual expense R1 179.40 processed on my card on 10/08/2013.

Total hold on my card R8 863.00, Would someone please wake up and reverse these charges against my card, as I am paying interest on these hold amounts.
