My unisa study material was meant to arrive ages ago. I recieved an SMS on 11/07/2013 saying that it would arrive in 5 days. it is now the 26 of july. I called on moday the 22nd and was promised that the parcel would be delivered by wednesday. STILL NOTHING.

what really makes this service terrible is that they do not answer their phones EVER! and when they do they cut you off. iv been cut off 10 times since 8 this morning. Apparently Leon is who i should speak to. he doesn't answer his land line and his mail box is full. He also doesn't answer his cell phone. I work regularly with RTT, RAM and DHL and it shocks me that this joke of a company is still able to operate. Their website promises 98% on time delivery. This package is now 10 days late and my assignments are due.

If you want things delivered on time AVOID SKYNET - speak to DHL their service is world class and they follow up on every query.
