I PURCHASED A MAHINDRA XUV FROM MAHINDRA RUSTENBURG, SINCE DAT OF PURCHASE THE BRAKES HAVE BEEN DEFECTIVE. WITH MY COMPLAIN BEN ADVISED ME THAT "THE XUV BRAKES DO WORK LIKE THAT" I HAVE SUBSEQUENTLY TAKES THE VEHICLE TO THE AA, WHO CONFIRMED THAT THE BRAKES ARE FAULTY AND THERE ARE A NUMBER OF OTHER PROBLEMS ON THE VEHICLE. THIS TEST WAS DONE AT A COST OF R1600.00 FOR MY ACCOUNT. THIS VEHICLE HAS BEEN IN AT MAHINDRA RUSTENBURG ON NUMEROUS OCCATIONS FOR SAME PROBLEMS. BEN IS NOT PREPARED TO ALLOW A CURTESY VEHICLE FOR THE PERIOD MY VEHICLE IS IN THE WORKSHOP. I HAVE REPEATEDLY ASKED SEAN (MANAGER OF MAHINDRA) TO REFER METO ANOTHER DEALER AS I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVE IN RUSTENBURG. TO DATE SEAN HAS NOT RESPONDED TO MY REQUEST. I RECEIVED THIS EMAIL FROM RUSTENBURG MAHINDRA. "LET THE RECORD THEN SHOW THAT MAHINDRA RUSTENBURG WILL NOT ENTERTAIN ANY FURTHET SERVICE/WARRANTY WORD REQUESTED BY MR. AND MRS. CHARL VILJOEN AS FROM THIS DATE FORWARD"
