Terrible Customer Service

I bought a car from McCarthy Volkswagen Wonderboom a month ago and am still waiting for my license disk, floor mats, paint, manual and spare key.

I have been calling for a month almost every day to get what I rightfully paid for, calls are never returned nor is feedback ever given. The blame is always passed on to someone else.

I have paid R3500 for delivery fees and have only received the car, nothing else that was promised. It's like pulling teeth with these people. Not to mention that the car was supposed to come with a full tank of petrol that was supposed to come out of the R3500 but instead I was only given a quarter tank!

What disgusting service!
