Y is a customer only worth something when they buy & after they r reduced 2 gud 4 nothing nags, who jst want 2 cause trouble. If only Nissan IC Auto could c the tears i cry everyday I pray 2 the Lord 2 place his hands upon the technicians 4 them 2 fulfill their jobs without fail. Wednesday (21/08/2013) I ws repaid with a spit in the face, 4 lack of better words. After taking my qashqai back 4 a rattle, i got a "loan" car 2 travel with. Do those cars with dealership details on them belong 2 individuals of that dealership? Bcos, when a loan car is needed by a customer, its neva available or they'll find something resembling my granny's dress on xmas day. I ws loaned a colourful nissan micra on Wednesday, whose color ws no issue, til i realised some other safety concerns about the car. A big crack on the windscreen which is a fine by law, the boot has no cover & xposes my work notebook & bag 2 smash & grabbers, & the same applies if put behind the driver seat due 2 no tint. The safety belt cant fasten my child tight on her car seat, & the embedded cigarette smell is unbearable. Dont need a luxury car frm thm but a safe & conducive car 4 me & my child. Price we pay 4 being civil
