Bad service

Their service is very poor! I bought a new polo vivo gt and its already giving me problems while its 7 months old! Been there several times trying 2 get it fixed and trust me they will treat you like they are doing you a favour you can just hear from the way they are talking to you! I quote "am trying to help you but you not even meeting me halfway" now tell me what kind of response is that? They have been having my car now for 2days and I have been struggling with my routine, expecting my car today someone calls me at 15h00 and tells me am nt getting my car since there is a part that is nt in the country that should be fitted on the car and they want me to cum to sign some papers so that I can get a car that I can use while waiting 4 mine. Do they expect me to drop everything at work and run to them while it can take me almost an hour to get there? What is actuali all of dis? Am nt happy since I bought my car I dnt knw good customer service from those people, one has to be in their mercy for them to do something. Will never encourage anyone to buy a car there am fed up!
