I bought the car in Williams Hunt Randburg in February 2013 (This year) Chevrolet Cruise - Sedan 2013 Model and since May 2013 the car stuck each and every month till now with the same problem (geears problems) and the car will be towed to the nearest GM Motors and they will be claiming that they are fixing the car, but after two weeeks of each and every month will start with the same problem. Since I bought the car the car was towed 4 times with the same problem and Williams Hunt Randburg and GM SA dont want to take responsibility. I wrote a email to GM SA and Williams Hunt Randburg on Tuesday but no one is coming back to me with the solution, no one even bother to respond to my quiry, and also I called GMSA several time yesterday and today (23 August 2013) and they told me that someone will be in contact with me but no one seems to care about the problem I am having with their Car, and this car is brand new so they need to take responsibility and give me the new car because I cant be paying for something that I dont drive because each and every month the car stucked with the same problem.
