Toyota monuments excuse on reason for delay of my new car, deposit was paid via EFT, after I was refused (even tho they facilitate speedpoint merchants) paying with my bank card!!! I quote the manager Chris MorganRoOd: ""We do have a merchant device that can handle the amount, but we cannot entertain big amounts as there is a 5% transaction fee applicable.""
