I have purchased a new car from the above Toyota dealer in October 2012 which had problems from day 1, the car has been in and out of Toyota a number of times and still has problems, I have paid a big deposit for this car and have paid four instalments towards this car, I am now being told that they do not have a replacement car for me and that i have to trade this car in for me to receive a new car, this means that i as a consumer will loose my deposit and my instalments and only receive R30 000 towards the deposit of a replacement car. Can you please help by advising me on what to do
