Still no feed-back

With regards to the service and feed-back from Renew-it Sandton panel beaters, I am very disappointed as after 5 calls and an e-mail, 21/08/2013. I still have not had any response from either Tanya or Ahmed, who said that I would get a call before 5pm on the 21st Aug. I even left messages with the receptionist who informed me she would personally call me back too but still has not. All I want is the two runs removed from the door and one plastic cover fitted to my vehicle. Absolutely NO customer service at all...
