BMW 550i Issue for 3 months

BMW says after 3 months of issues it has now repaired my 2011 car. JSN Motors even left parts in my boot to say thank you to me... after the initial issue was discovered.

At the beginning of my problems i asked for a trade in, and now 1 month later the trade in value dropped by R 65 000. JSN Motors should care more for their customers. they offer me R450 000, and i spent close to R900 000 2 years ago with them.

And lets not forget getting stuck in their brand new 316i last friday night and spending 2 hours in the cold with my family.
