Mini Lease contract

Hope that this mail finds you very well.

I am writing this as a very unhappy and ticked off person and here is why this is the case

I took out a mini lease contract with you starting on the 28 June till 30 Sept 2013.

On the 28 June I went and fetched the car from Avis Sandton (Gautrain) and the lady that helped me took out R7595 from my Credit Card as an authorisation amount, my monthly rental amount is R 4 440 for 30 days. My 1st month ended on the 28th of July and I was made to believe that 2-3 days after the first month ends I will be credited the difference amount back and that was suppose to be R2998. This did not happen as expected or promised.

On the 31st I deposited R9500 on the credit card and this was so that the new month's auth amount and what actually happened was that R4499.98 was instead taken on the 1st August and this was for the previous month apparently, my question was then what happened to the R7595 that was held on the 28th June because that is why they (AVIS) took it.

I was then assured that the matter will be investigated and I will be given feedback as soon as possible, this was on the 2nd of August. I then was told to ensure that I am cove
