From about 11:00am, after about 10x calls the agents still haven't given me feedback. The other agent when called said my number is engaged (my cell phone has call waiting option) - blatant lie. You have had my details for over 5x years which is the duration of my policy. Now they claim I have given them an incorrect number which is different by one digit from what they have on the system. It's 16:32, I think they have flagged me cause when I call and ask to speak to a manager or supervisor the put me on hold for long periods of time and then come back with they will call you back comment. Still nothing.

The agent to clients and they are in cahoots with each other to ensure calls are never escalated. They obviously know how to frustrate clients and they go out of their way to do that.

After this claim I will surely be moving my policy to Outsurance cause they know how to take care of their client. #639618
