L Carstens does not delive

I gave my car in almost 3 months for a repairs. It still has not been delivered, even though I have the money and have been promised that it is fixed. I bought the car from him and have spent almost the same amount as the purchase fixing it. I have had my car back to him on several occasions and it comes back with problems every time. The only reason I send it back is because it always comes back with problems.

I am going to the consumer council with this. My ability to earn am income is now being impaired.
