Dont go to Gearbox world, bad service

My gearbox packed up in the beginning of June and my car was collected by the owner Shaheed. After he made an assessment he told me that it was going to cost me R7500 to have the car fixed. I borrowed the money and the full amount was deposited into his account on the 14 June 2013. In this time that he had my car his number changed 3 times and he would never phone me to inform me about the status of my car. i eventually got my car back on the 13 August as i had to go an collect it myself. Upon collecting the car i discovered that one of the grills are gone, a plastic cap that goes on the passenger armrest is gone, my spare wheel has been replaced with an old rusted damaged one, the back lens on the boot was replaces with an old cracked one (still glue on my car), I found pieces of a broken beer bottle in my boot, the ashtray in the back seat was full of ash and a used glass in the back of the passenger seat, this is a clear indication that my car was for personal use. I have not received any paper work on the work done on my car and the car is still not 100% fixed. Please I need advice as i don't know what to do as I cant afford to get legal help to sort out this problem.
