Laptop/left at rear of ca

I went to Tyger Wheel & Tyre on 7 February 2013 to have a puncture fixed. On arrival they checked and said that I need 4 new tyres as well. I got a quote and told them I will be there the next day to have them fitted. The fitter then went to my boot to get the "lock nut" out to take of the wheel. He took my laptop out the boot and put it at the back of my car, either behind the seat or on the back seat. When he had finished with the puncture he did not notify me that the laptop was on the bach seat or did he put the laptop back in the boot where he found it. I drove around the whole day with the laptop at the back of my car. I went to church band practice to practice for Sunday services. When we had finished and went outside i saw that my hazards were flashing. On inspection of my car i ssaw that the rear window was smashed. I reliesed then that the fitter put my laptop at the rear of my car. When i approached Tyger wheel & tyre they said that it was not their problem and that i can take then to court. I am in the process of doing just that. I will NOT use them again even when i wine the case as Clientele legal said that it was " Resonable man" see you in court!!!
