Beware of Contracts you dont even know about

According to Altech Autopage, I signed up for a 6 month contract, via an sms sent to my phone.
When I became aware of this, as all my smart phone functions whould not work, I was told there is a contract.
I requested signed paperwork, consumer act details etc, but to no avail. No help, no information, no details.
Trying to speaking to a supervisor, manager, customer care person has had no luck. Only the sales consultant and that is it. What is a person to do.
