I was told that I would receive my paperwork after a telephone conversation, I didn't receive it. There has not once been any follow up phone calls to me to find out whether anyone has come out to look at my vehicle or if I had received my paperwork. Now the money gets debited from my account every month and I think it's extremely poor SERVICE! because you take MY MONEY every month but not once has any of your staff attempted to make contact with me or send someone out to come and have a look at my Car. What do you intend to do regarding this matter?
