I brought a Suzuki Jimny (Demo) on the 31st of July 2013. After being on leave for two weeks, I came back just to realize the vehicle hasn't been registered on my name. The number-plates etc. isn't ready. It seems like in two weeks nothing has been done.
I see this as extremely bad service.
When phoning to enquire, Benjamin told me its not ready yet, and that they have a third party doing the registrations. Even in this case, it is extremely unlikely to take two weeks for this to be done.
This is a one day exercise, definitely not something that takes more than two weeks.
Very poor after sales service.
