I booked my car in for a service 12/08/2013, me and Nuabisa agreed to book my car in at 09:00 14/08/2013. I received a SMS the night before reminding me of the service. Upon arrival at 08:30, I walked into the main reception and stated that I'm here to book my car in. Then a woman by the name of Liz told me that my car has actually been booked in for 14:00 that day. I then requested to speak to Nuabisa with whom I made the appointment and they told me they do not know where she is and that her phone is just ringing. Liz then told me to stick around in case there is any cancellations and said the service will take 2 hours. I then ran some errands and returned at 13:00, they told me to wait for 10 minutes, then the car went through. I left there premises at 17:00, the service taking double the time and it was because there was a lot to be done, the mechanics took there own time, taking tea and smoke breaks at will. This is absolute putrid service and will strongly advise anyone to avoid them, I am from a customer based working environment and would of probably lost my job based on the level service they provided. I have now lost my only leave day I can take until December. STAY AWAY!
