Bad Service too!!!

Ford in Midrand they do as they wish shame on them, they do not care about their customers at all (how incompetent there were yesterday). I took my car for service yesterday that wasn't done last week due to their system being off, and I always took my vehicle there I even paid almost R1500 to fix my Fogo's break pad last year...! the driver who fetched me from work had bad attitude telling me how I have to leave my work early or else he will leave me behind and I'll sort myself out with transport to home even If knock off at 16:30pm, he even had a nerve to ask me why didn't I ask for my car to be delivered to me how stupid of him...! what a stinking attitude from someone who is just a DRIVE!!! They didn't even stamp my service book I had to remind them because when I first took it for service, they requested book with last service stamp. Ford in Midrand really care less about customer service, as long as they are getting paid, that's all that matters especially drivers...!
