Call centre not calling back or putting effort

I have phoned DHL countless times trying to organise my shipment to be ordered and everytime I speak to the call agents They say they will phone my client and organise finer details. they have not phoned my customer once or me to tell me there is a problem. I would like my customer to recieve his custom reciept so he can pay and everyone can be happy.he cant pay if he is not contacted or given notification.
