WOW; WOW; and... WOW again!!! I brought my Nissan Tiida in for repairs to the rear bumper and tailgate last week. Joe assisted me from beginning to completion of the repairs. Kept me constantly up to date as to how things were going and kept to his promise. I do understand that things don't always go according to plan especially when you have to order and wait for deliveries from suppliers, and who might even deliver the incorrect part. Joe made sure this did not happen and took the initiative to contact the insurance on my behalf in order to get the job done on time. Even though it was not a very big repair job, he made me feel as if my car was the most important in the workshop. Thanks Joe and to VDS, I hope you grow from strength to strength, opening shops throughout the country. (Find a way to clone Joe for each branch). Thanks also for the lift to and from home in order to pick up my vehicle, you went a few extra miles not just one. Regards - Stephen Smith
