KIA KEEPS MY CAR FOR NEARLY 2 MONTHS

I bought my daughter a brand new Kia Rio Hatch 1.2. The car started giving problems and after taking the vehicle in numerous occasions they discovered that the complete catalytic exhaust system had failed. After having to make demands they did a warranty claim and it took 2 weeks to wait for the parts to arrive. On fixing this problem for some unknown reason the conjunction box blew while in the care of Kia The Glen. Another 16 days waiting for parts and after requesting that Kia cancel the deal on the car I bullied by the dealership owner Ralf. On collecting the vehicle on the 18th July 2013, the car has a dent on the drivers door, the windscreen is badly scratch and there are scratches on the front right side of the bonnet of the car. I now await a response from Kia The Glen. I am a single mother and obviously the dealer principle and Kia feel they can bully me as it suits them.
