I am the winner of the Audi A3 Exchange competition.
I won the car at the back end of May - mothers day weekend.
I live in PTA so I chose to collect the car from the centurion branch, collected the vehicle on the 1st of June, I still am awaiting the personalised number plates I ordered - which i had to beg them to organise as i was informed i should pay for them as the registration did not include the personalise registration - i agreed but to this day i have not got anything - invoice what to pay for nothing, honestly i feel like why the should i pay for something that they not willing to assist with.
I still do not have my spare key as well - funny story car was delivered from whereever to the centurion branch with no spare key.

Buck up Guys - my sibling ordered a new bmw and collected his car a day before i did thats the 31st May and got his number plate (which was a personalised one as well) sorted in less than 10days, no cost to him.

so is BMW service better than Audi's - evidently yes. Proof is in the Pudding. this Pudding sell by date is long expired.
