REFUND TAKING TOO LONG/NO CLEAR FEEDBACK

Last month i enquired with the salesperson on a posibility of buying a Porsche Cayenne Diesel. He then said i should put in a R50 000 deposit in an FNB account belonging to LSM Trading. The deelership then could not find a suitable trade in value for my current car and hence i notified the saleman that i wanted to cancel the deal and get a refund of my R50 000 on Thursday the 1st of August 2013. He then promised to process the payment as soon as he could. Last week i contacted him and he gave an explanation that he needed many signatures to get my money released. Today i sent him a message and got no response at all. I feel that i am being treated unfairly and deserve good customer service especially because i could be a potential customer in the future. This is sub standard customer care from a premium brand!!
