No Service

My car was sent to KIA RANDBURG by Dentdr for repairs, this was done by KIA but the problem is still not resolved. I then called Kia last week Wednesday and left a message for one of the agents to call me back and this still has not happened, I then call Kia Randburg and asked to speak to a manger and was told to hold on and I was then cut off after 6 min of holding. What must one do to get service and why do I get this feeling they are avoiding me???
