Bad service - No one sems to care!!!

I have bought 2 new Tata bakkies. The one is going very well and Tata South Africa is awesome when it comes to customer service, unfortunately the dealerships doesnt have the same interest. My one bakkie is only on 120 km, so it is still brand new, when my driver went to our first job with the new bakkie, steam came out of the engine, he switched the bakkie of and phoned me. We called Tata assist and they towed the bakkie away. This was on the 7 th of August 2013.Till now we have not heard a single word from anyone. We phoned the towing company to enquire where my bakkie was and they said they towed it to Tata in Menlyn. I phoned Tata in Menlyn and asked about my bakkie, they said they will come back to me, during the cause of the morning- I never got a single call. I have called them 3 times and every tome they say that they will phone back. Till now I have not heard anything. This bakkie generates an income for my business and if it is not running, I am loosing money, nobody seems to care. Can someone please advise me what to do as it is 5 days later and I have not heard a single word!!!
