Smart Car returned after 2 months, broken again

After 2 months of promises and waiting my sister got her SMart car back, only to find the side mirror broken, which it wasn;t when she gave the car in. She replaced it and paid it, which should have been refunded by Mercedes-Bedfordview, she finally got her car back, has been driving it for a week, and lo an behold, the battery and alternator is now a problem, the battery is in fact new, so basically all the time while it was in repairs, no one bothered to start the car. She took the car in this morning and the mechanics started laughing as she rode in, really, is this how Mercedes believes in customer service, or do Mercedes only want RICH, MALE customers, because I don;t believe that any company should treat woman like my sister was treated this morning. It is disgusting and i am going to write to every woman magazine I can find, because definitely in this country there appears to be a gender inequality in the male dominated industry of vehicles. Whether a Smart car of 2002 comes into the store or the latest SLK, each and every client has a right to be treated with dignity and should be treated as if they are the only customer left in the world. Highly disgusted at this service!!
