Epair of side strip on smart

I took my smart for 2 for a service at bedfordview yesterday. The car is due for a service in March only, so I have to pay for this service as I'm immigrating and can't take the car in March and Mercedes Benz SA don't want to carry the costs. The bottom side panel fell of my car, this car was not bumped and they tell me they can't repair it because it keeps falling of. Surely you don't expect that a bottom sidepanel to fall of a car that is only 2years old and got 19000 km on it. This is not acceptable. Mercedes brand is suppose to be a vehicle that you buy with confidence not losing parts on a highway. I'M VERY DISSAPPOINTED WITH THEIR ATTITUDE TOWARDS THIS
