I am Disgusted with Mercedes-Benz service. You promise the world when trying to sell Mercedes. My car is not even 3 years old and is now in the workshop for the 2nd time this year because of what is clearly unsatisfactory quality/workmanship. I logged a call on the 9th Oct 2013 at 7am with the Bedfordview branch about my car that says Transmission Contact Workshop. I got my car to Bedfordview asap & told them I needed a courtesy car ASAP... Bedfordview gave me a smart car yesterday afternoon. I told them this is not going to work & not sure where they would like me to put everything as the car they have given me does not have a back seat & has an excuse for a boot! I have been complaining since yesterday afternoon with Wesley & the Service manager Paul who both promised to work something out the next morning. Eventually the next morning they tell me to log my own complaint with customer care. Customer care tell me I have to wait 48 hours! I explained to them I DON'T HAVE 48 HOURS!!! You speak to one person and to the next and the next and no one can give you answers! All you get is they will get back to you which they don't because I eventually end up calling back myself!
