PAYMENTS FOR MAYOR STANDING TIME IN DRC

Transport been done for UTI - JETPARK from RSA - DRC on there Tenke Fungurumi Project over a period of Sept 2009 - Aug 2010. Trucks been use up to 21days for storage before offloading. When we complain about it in a meeting, we do have the option of billing the client UTI and they will pay BUT then we as transporters will be blacklist and they never make use of our services again. We INV and submit INV by hand, they blacklist as aswell and never paid us. After almost 2yr of court cases still managers change and no payment received. Rates not good as well as payment is poor. They overcharge clients, don't have any trucks of there own and the transport get the blame in all the ways even when ther eis issues on documents.

Not a good face to run into the Africa countries and several big trnasporters also get hurt from UTI for the same reasons.
