Good day, I have made arrangements with Impact Meter Services - Sandra Calitz to pay R374-00 in 2 x payments on my outstanding account. They took since December 2012 to informe me (i only received the invoice 2013-03-05) what i was owing and just added the amount as they please. They thretened to Blacklist me and hand me over to ITC. I then made the arangement to pay R374-00 in 2 x payments witch i could not do due to unforseen curcomstances. My son fell ill and i could only pay R250-00 x 2. I send them proof of payment today 2013-05-15 and in a very shosrt email informed me once again if i do not pay the arreats they will blacklist me and hand me over. My account is outstanding R746-62 minus R500-00 witch i already paid, thus only owing R246-62 witch i will pay 1st June 2013 in full. I know my rights as consumer and even informing them of the situation they still threten me to blacklist and hand me over. This is not acceptable. I did pay amounts and how come other peopl can get away with it. I need somebody to phone me and send me a letter of appologies and contact me.
