Shocking attitude

I am a client of mfc for many years now. And some cases where I paid of my account as well. But now that I seem to have a problem, they are unwilling to help me.
We bought a car for my son on my name, and he neglected to make monthly payments. So when the bank finally got hold of me, it was too late. So I took the car from him. I also tried to bargain with Mfc to extend my contract of the car and lower the instalment so that I can pay the car, and not have them reposes it. But NO! They would rather give a client a bad name than try to help. I know for a fact that I signed the contract and I am responsible. But I did not refuse to pay it. I simply ask that you lower the payments so that I can still pay for it and later on settle the car.
They are not prepared to do anything. But quick to blacklist their clients. I do hope others read this, and think twice before they make use of Mfc's service.
Really a useless bunch. My other cars is paid in good order and I have a good credit score. But they will ruine it for me.
