Failed to deliver parcel as promised, bad attitude

I phoned to ensure that the parcel will be delivered on time! - Guess what? Parcel still not delivered, and as always, not their fault. The same thing happened less than 2 months ago. Poor service, Very bad attitude from the manager!! Definitely not doing business with them again!!
