I, Ronell Joubert, sent emails to the ombudsman numerous times and no response was heard. When I contacted them they replied that they are very busy and if I bother them they will throw my case out. Well it is mid July and I have not heard from them since and I still don't have from my car that Auto-mate Klerksdorp had from December 2012 and might still have in their posession as they do not want to speak to me.
