Terrible service and no interest in assisting us!

We have been waiting since Monday when we paid FNB to FNB for DHL to clear a parcel in JHB. During this time we have had infinite trouble contacting DHL for assistance and to be honest the service we have received from DHL is beyond disgusting. Your employees just do not care and we found them to be uninformed and disinterested.
Our DHL experience has been atrocious, is on-going at this moment in time.
I will not miss an opportunity in future to tell all my business associates about our poor service experience.
The simple fact that there is no way of contacting any senior DHL management spells out clearly your companies attitude to your customers.
I hope to never have to deal with your organisation again.
