Worst service ever

After dealing with ARB for a substantial time I have had a rude awakening. They offer you the worst service one can experience. I had to deal with a guy called Norman regarding my account, which they had put on hold due to payment. After sending them the proof of payments and their own statements to me I had to be told that the was a shortfall that they have to investigate and therefor they will not entertain my business.

It was the worst service I have ever received!!! Norman has a no care attitude and is very ignorant. I will NEVER EVER do business with this company again. They have lost a loyal customer and I will not be treated like this by any supplier. ARB must realize they are not the only suppliers in JHB and their service is disgusting along with their attitudes.

Clearly service and customers are not important to them.

Disgusting!!!
