Poor service received from Skynet Courie

I waited for my parcel delivery since the 11th July 2013. I made several attempts to enquire about my parcel, even send an e-mail but to no vein. Tried to call their warehouse 011 874 9400, their receptionist will forward your call and does not bother to find out if you were helped. I'm so dissappontment i don't think i will ever use or recomment anyone to their service.
