Terrible Service

There is no service from EMS when trying to collect or trace a parcel sent from overseas. They do not answer their phones nor do they have a working website. They do not get back to you with feedback. A parcel which should take 10 days to arrive in SA can take more that a month.

There is never a problem when sending from a foreign country, only when trying to obtain the parcel locally.
